UAE Team Emirates-XRG Secures UCI Crown for a Third Consecutive Season

UAE Team Emirates-XRG has capped off another historic year by claiming the UCI WorldTour Best Team title for the third successive season, further solidifying their success on the world stage.

After making history in 2023 and 2024, the Emirati team entered the 2025 season with renewed determination and delivered their best campaign to date, achieving an unprecedented 97 victories and 104 podium finishes across the calendar. A remarkable 20 riders from the team won a race this year, demonstrating the depth, teamwork, and consistency across the squad.

The season once again was marked by World Champion Tadej Pogačar, who continued to redefine cycling greatness. Following his historic Triple Crown in 2024, Pogačar maintained his reign as the world’s number one cyclist for the fifth consecutive year. His 2025 campaign included victory at the Tour de France and numerous successes throughout the year, both in stage races and the one-day Classics alike, adding multiple stage wins and overall titles to his growing legacy.

To mark the conclusion of the season, the team gathered for their annual end-of-season celebration in Abu Dhabi, joined by sponsors, fans, and community members. The festivities included a community ride-along event at Al Hudayriat Island Circuit, where more than 1,000 participants cycled alongside team riders of both UAE Team Emirates-XRG and UAE Team ADQ. The event symbolised the deep connection between the team and the UAE’s growing cycling community, celebrating not only the sporting achievements but also the team’s ongoing commitment to inspiring healthy, active lifestyles across the nation.
