Memorabilia from our days of distributing Faggin frames in the 1980s

One of the joys of my career distributing high performance bikes and parts was being the distributor of Faggin frames. They were made in the shop next to the Faggin home in Padova (in English, Padua), Italy.

Torelli distributed Faggin frames in the U.S. from 1981 until late 1990.

We have a photo gallery of pictures from an early 1980s visit to the Faggin framebuilding shop posted here.

Here is our first Faggin brochure, from 1981.

Here's the artwork for out first Faggin T-shirt.

South Salem Cycleworks frames Neugent Cycling Wheels

This was our best-selling frameset, a TreTubi. It was made with three tubes Columbus SL with Aelle stays and forks.

Hard to tell because part of the tubing decal is obscured, but I believe this is an SL frameset. When we first start importing Faggin, this was their top of the line.
