It is with deepest and most profound sadness that I post this note from John Neugent's family.

We are saddened to share that John Neugent, owner of Neugent Cycling, has passed away. His Neugent Cycling business is now closed.

If you are concerned about an unfulfilled order or charge, we recommend that you contact your credit card provider to dispute the charge.

Thank you for supporting John's exceptional work and lifetime passion. He will be greatly missed.

If I may add my personal thoughts about this brilliant icon of the cycling industry, I loved John like a brother. When I needed help he was there, over and over again. He was kind, generous and good.
