Paris–Roubaix: The Inside Story

Ascents:

The Race: Breaks went and breaks were caught today and for the final run-in to Markin Xemein the front group was together. Ben Swift surprised the others to win the stage and earn his third victory of the season.

Alberto Contador defended his overall lead by finishing with the front group along with Alejandro Valverde, who is still sitting in second place, 12 seconds behind.

This will be settled tomorrow with a meaty 25.9 km individual time trial.
